What Is The Daily Mile?
It’s a free, fun, non-competitive physical activity in schools during class time.
Students run, roll or walk together outdoors for 15 minutes, at least three times a week. Created by teachers for the benefit of our students in response to the growing health crisis.
The Daily Mile helps students move more, feel better, and stay active—regardless of age, ability, or circumstances.
It’s simple, fun, and free!
